<subsection id="HE6033F32D3F84A9B94C1931D7310BAEF"><enum>(a)</enum><header>Reenactment</header><text><external-xref legal-doc="usc-chapter" parsable-cite="usc-chapter/11/12">Chapter 12</external-xref> of title 11, United States Code, as reenacted by section 149 of division C of the <act-name parsable-cite="OCESAA">Omnibus Consolidated and Emergency Supplemental Appropriations Act</act-name>, 1999 (<external-xref legal-doc="public-law" parsable-cite="pl/105/277">Public Law 105–277</external-xref>), is reenacted.</text></subsection> 
<subsection id="H2DA0385C84D749C3AEEC2038A109B6B1"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Conforming amendment</header><text>Section 302 of the Bankruptcy, Judges, United States Trustees, and Family Farmer Bankruptcy Act of 1986 (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/28/581">28 U.S.C. 581</external-xref> note) is amended by striking subsection (f).</text></subsection></section>
