<official-title>To modify the boundary of the Harry S Truman National Historic Site in the State of Missouri, and for other purposes.</official-title>

<section section-type="section-one" id="HEDA9E53FF3124991A5F8BEF2C5E51145" display-inline="no-display-inline"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This section may be cited as the <quote><short-title>Truman Farm Home Expansion Act</short-title></quote>.</text></section> 
<section id="HF8600BD3B96F47A5A30032A6007C45D1"><enum>2.</enum><header>Harry S Truman National Historic Site boundary modification</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">The first section of <external-xref legal-doc="public-law" parsable-cite="pl/98/32">Public Law 98–32</external-xref> (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/16/461">16 U.S.C. 461</external-xref> note) is amended—</text> 
<paragraph id="HD9876AB41D2C4D8B8FA105FB5FE9E6A3"><enum>(1)</enum><text>by redesignating subsection (d) as subsection (e); and</text></paragraph> 
<paragraph id="H1E85B023958B40BEB76805B11FCCC9F4"><enum>(2)</enum><text>by inserting after subsection (c) the following:</text>

<subsection id="HC77E3F7929A74D2CAC2FA2B0B6D6B7F4"><enum>(d)</enum><header>Acquisition of additional land</header> 
<paragraph id="H981FC8F5688741F2A4BE54B3409E5D60"><enum>(1)</enum><header>In general</header><text>The Secretary may acquire, by donation, purchase with donated or appropriated funds, transfer from another Federal agency, or any other means, the land described in paragraph (2) for inclusion in the Harry S Truman National Historic Site.</text></paragraph> 
<paragraph id="H0CD922694E414B37B06C702EBF5875F2"><enum>(2)</enum><header>Description of land</header><text display-inline="yes-display-inline">The land referred to in paragraph (1) consists of the approximately 5 acres of land (including the structure located south of the Truman Farm Home site), as generally depicted on the map entitled <quote>Harry S Truman National Historic Site Proposed Boundary</quote>, numbered 492/80,027, and dated April 17, 2003.</text></paragraph> 
<paragraph id="H6107F442AA254A95B06DAC894BC2097C"><enum>(3)</enum><header>Boundary modification</header><text>On acquisition of the land under this subsection, the Secretary shall modify the boundary of the Harry S Truman National Historic Site to reflect the acquisition of the land.</text></paragraph></subsection><after-quoted-block>.</after-quoted-block></quoted-block></paragraph></section>
