<official-title>To amend <external-xref legal-doc="public-law" parsable-cite="pl/86/434">Public Law 86–434</external-xref> establishing Wilson’s Creek National Battlefield in the State of Missouri to expand the boundaries of the park, and for other purposes.</official-title>

<section id="HAD8216A530794FFDA34BE159FC46BFBF" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>&short-title1;</short-title></quote>.</text></section> 
<section id="HACB599BF8FC04332A2047724598C0016"><enum>2.</enum><header>Expansion of boundaries, Wilson’s Creek National Battlefield, Missouri</header>
<subsection id="H96C9C74ACC8946B99E9221B6A6F6F5B5"><enum>(a)</enum><header>Boundary expansion</header><text>The first section of <external-xref legal-doc="public-law" parsable-cite="pl/86/434">Public Law 86–434</external-xref> (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/16/430kk">16 U.S.C. 430kk</external-xref>) is amended—</text>
<paragraph id="HF339E5F9F7394BD4AF7846EC2933006B"><enum>(1)</enum><text>by striking <quote>That the Secretary</quote> and inserting the following:</text>

<subsection id="H988A7E57C50A46DEAFD4173183749200"><enum>(a)</enum><header>Establishment, initial boundaries</header><text>The Secretary</text></subsection></section><after-quoted-block>; and</after-quoted-block></quoted-block></paragraph>
<paragraph id="H6BA3FDEBD1144B32AA8325818E9E7F00"><enum>(2)</enum><text>by adding at the end the following new subsection:</text>

<subsection id="HA87FA53FD0F6440C82DCD0053DDE8B96"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Expansion of boundaries</header><text></text>
<paragraph id="HAD00855457A84F779CD2435A0D67670" display-inline="yes-display-inline"><enum>(1) </enum><text>The boundaries of the Wilson’s Creek National Battlefield are revised to include lands and interests therein consisting of six parcels totaling 615 acres and identified as parcels <quote>1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6</quote> on the map entitled <quote>Wilson’s Creek National battlefield Proposed Boundary</quote>, numbered 410/80,037 and dated January 27, 2004. The map shall be on file and available for public inspection in the appropriate offices of the National Park Service.</text></paragraph>
<paragraph id="HCAAF707EB6A14AEFB6D743E236CA288F" indent="up1"><enum>(2)</enum><text>The Secretary is authorized to acquire the lands referred to in paragraph (1) by donation, by purchase from willing sellers with donated or appropriated funds, or by exchange. The Secretary may acquire by the same methods personal property associated with, and appropriate for, interpretation of the park.</text></paragraph></subsection><after-quoted-block>.</after-quoted-block></quoted-block> </paragraph></subsection> 
<subsection id="H41B2381182294A32B3C3FE6900E2D51F"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Authorization of appropriations</header><text>Section 3 of such Act (<external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/16/430mm">16 U.S.C. 430mm</external-xref>) is amended by adding at the end the following new sentence: <quote>There are authorized to be appropriated such sums as may be necessary to carry out section 1(b).</quote>.</text> </subsection></section>
