<official-title>To extend military extraterritorial jurisdiction to cover not only personnel and contractor personnel of the Department of Defense, but also personnel and contractor personnel of any Federal agency or provisional authority supporting the mission of the Department of Defense overseas, and for other purposes.</official-title>

<section id="H33D2EA3DC6A248BC917598B190C374B" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>&short-title1;</short-title></quote>.</text></section> 
<section id="HD74FBC9BF3614039A1C4F100BAA07433" section-type="subsequent-section"><enum>2.</enum><header>Extension of military extraterritorial jurisdiction to personnel and contractor personnel of any Federal agency or provisional authority supporting the mission of the Department of Defense overseas</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline"> <external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/18/3267">Section 3267(1)(A)</external-xref> of title 18, United States Code, is amended to read as follows:</text>

<subparagraph id="H41B2BC78F48A424AB9D07037C51F867"><enum>(A)</enum><text>employed as—</text> 
<clause id="HA0BDD8379B374615BB580189A297EAB"><enum>(i)</enum><text>a civilian employee of—</text> 
<subclause id="HB4FB3844D0D041BC84EDC7B3BCB9D11"><enum>(I)</enum><text>the Department of Defense (including a nonappropriated fund instrumentality of the Department); or</text></subclause> 
<subclause id="HC582607D580E4964ACBE6C780301D74D"><enum>(II)</enum><text>any other Federal agency, or any provisional authority, to the extent such employment relates to supporting the mission of the Department of Defense overseas;</text></subclause></clause> 
<clause id="H522F231326324AAE9DEDCB04C4A54DD"><enum>(ii)</enum><text>a contractor (including a subcontractor at any tier) of—</text> 
<subclause id="HDB42609A8B1F47E299C11FBCF7D8309"><enum>(I)</enum><text>the Department of Defense (including a nonappropriated fund instrumentality of the Department); or</text></subclause> 
<subclause id="HB0C0A486E14847E89C721B9D3BADA419"><enum>(II)</enum><text>any other Federal agency, or any provisional authority, to the extent such employment relates to supporting the mission of the Department of Defense overseas; or</text></subclause></clause> 
<clause id="H55FC2C49F2B9486C9229F71383730D1"><enum>(iii)</enum><text>an employee of a contractor (or subcontractor at any tier) of—</text>
