<official-title>To authorize water resources projects for Indian River Lagoon-South and Southern Golden Gates Estates, Collier County, in the State of Florida.</official-title>

<section section-type="section-one" id="H8A5159BD02ED409DABC6266C1EA8FB5E"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>&short-title1;</short-title></quote>.</text></section> 
<section id="H70035AD515A24227ABAA2F0028089143"><enum>2.</enum><header>Indian river lagoon-south, Florida</header> 
<subsection id="H1AC35C07952B426591EC2301A1946693"><enum>(a)</enum><header>In general</header><text>After issuance of a favorable report of the Chief of Engineers for the project for the ecosystem restoration, water supply, flood control, and protection of water quality, Indian River Lagoon-South, Florida, the Secretary of the Army, acting through the Chief of Engineers (referred to in this Act as the <quote>Secretary</quote>), may carry out the project at a total cost of $1,207,400,000, with an estimated Federal cost of $603,700,000 and an estimated non-Federal cost of $603,700,000.</text></subsection> 
<subsection id="H4A02AC8BAF404643B1D3D427DAF05F40"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Cost sharing</header> 
<paragraph id="HC075144355EC443A9CF0E4E63577C5C5"><enum>(1)</enum><header>In general</header><text>The Federal share of the annual operation, maintenance, monitoring, repair, and rehabilitation costs of the project described in subsection (a) shall be 50 percent.</text></paragraph> 
<paragraph id="H6287572EEF84437FA17793BAB0B74F4D"><enum>(2)</enum><header>Crediting</header><text>The non-Federal sponsor of the project described in subsection (a) shall be credited for planning, engineering, design, and construction carried out, or under contract, by the non-Federal sponsor toward implementation of the project before execution of a project cooperation agreement if the Secretary determines that the work carried out is integral to the project.</text></paragraph></subsection></section>

<subsection id="H63B10169E12A443AB1AFA0C3E6EA5E1"><enum>(a)</enum><header>In general</header><text>After issuance of a favorable report of the Chief of Engineers for the project for the ecosystem restoration, Southern Golden Gate Estates, Collier County, Florida, the Secretary may carry out the project at a total cost of $401,500,000, with an estimated Federal cost of $200,750,000 and an estimated non-Federal cost of $200,750,000.</text></subsection>
