Short title

This Act may be cited as the &short-title1;.

Reauthorization and revision of CCAMPIS

(a)

Minimum grant

Section 419N(b)(2)(B) of the Higher Education Act of 1965 (20 U.S.C. 1070e(b)(2)(B)) is amended by striking $10,000 and inserting $30,000. (b)

Eligible institutions

Section 419N(b)(4) of such Act is amended by striking $350,000 and inserting $250,000. (c)

Definition of low income student

Section 419N(b)(7) of such Act is amended by striking a student who is eligible to receive and inserting a student whose family income makes the student eligible to receive. (d)

Authorization of appropriations

Section 419N(g) of such Act is amended— (1)by striking $45,000,000 and inserting $75,000,000; (2)by striking 1999 and inserting 2005; and (3)by striking 4 succeeding and inserting 5 succeeding.
