Short title

This Act may be cited as the &short-title1;.

Extension of authority for Secretary of Veterans Affairs to make grants for assistance to homeless veterans

Section 2011(a)(2) of title 38, United States Code, is amended by striking September 30, 2005 and inserting September 30, 2008.

Authorization of appropriations

Section 2013 of title 38, United States Code, is amended— (1)in paragraph (4), by striking $75,000,000 and inserting $100,000,000; and (2)by adding at the end the following new paragraphs: (5)$100,000,000 for fiscal year 2006.
