<section id="H34DE586392F645F4A9BAE62707EA5CCB" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Transfer of jurisdiction over certain public lands to Department of Defense</header> 
<subsection id="HD8371FFD19084A2CABE7D352E8F82800"><enum>(a)</enum><header>Jurisdiction transfer</header><text>The Secretary of the Interior shall transfer to the Secretary of Defense jurisdiction over all public lands—</text> 
<paragraph id="H1C9F549E79594F8C9FBDEAA1378C175"><enum>(1)</enum><text>under the jurisdiction of the Bureau of Land Management;</text></paragraph> 
<paragraph id="HB6BB970C3A4A466DB7AB075503350970"><enum>(2)</enum><text>withdrawn from appropriation under the public land laws; and</text></paragraph> 
<paragraph id="H16523188ACE44131B9CD377FB5D9B978"><enum>(3)</enum><text>reserved for use by the Armed Forces for military activities.</text></paragraph></subsection> 
<subsection id="HF6D398746B18433494ACC92F8537885E"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Deadline</header><text>The transfer shall be accomplished not later than 1 year after the date of the enactment of this section.</text> </subsection></section>
