Short title

This Act may be cited as the &short-title1;.

Declaration of hazardous occupation

For the purposes of section 3(l) of the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938 (29 U.S.C. 203(l)), the Secretary of Labor is directed to find, and by order declare, that operating power driven amusement park rides is particularly hazardous for children between the ages of 16 and 18.
