<subsection id="HBF2F8E071B244A598473BF1DDD892DD"><enum>(a)</enum><header>Public School Program</header><text>Section 3(i) of the District of Columbia College Access Act of 1999 (sec. 38—2702(i), D.C. Official Code) is amended by striking <quote>each of the five succeeding fiscal years</quote> and inserting <quote>each succeeding fiscal year</quote>.</text></subsection> 
<subsection id="HDB1981C6D0F74CB3AAF6CA7C13CF1D5D"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Private School Program</header><text>Section 5(f) of such Act (sec. 38—2704(f), D.C. Official Code) is amended by striking <quote>each of the five succeeding fiscal years</quote> and inserting <quote>each succeeding fiscal year</quote>.</text></subsection> </section>
