Additional temporary extension of authorization of programs under the Small Business Act and the Small Business Investment Act of 1958

The authorization for any program, authority, or provision, including any pilot program, that was extended through March 15, 2004, by section 1(a) of Public Law 108–172 is further extended through May 21, 2004, under the same terms and conditions.

2.

Extension of certain fee authorizations

Section 503(f) of the Small business Investment Act of 1958 (15 U.S.C. 697(f)) is amended by striking October 1, 2003 and inserting September 30, 2004.
