<section id="H45DE15A3575B4BEE0054BDAE7B4FB6" section-type="section-one"><enum>1.</enum><header>Conveyance of Bureau of Land Management Land in Riverside County, California</header> 
<subsection id="HE9CEE488A6E0428AA4000345D387D6F2"><enum>(a)</enum><header>In general</header> 
<paragraph id="HCDAE993420D94AFDBFCA866F8731554"><enum>(1)</enum><header>Conveyance</header><text>The Secretary of the Interior shall convey, without consideration and subject to valid existing rights, to S.V.D.P. Management Inc.—DBA Father Joe's Villages (referred to in this section as the “Villages”), all right, title, and interest of the United States in and to the parcel described in paragraph (2) for use by the Villages for the purposes described in subsection (b).</text></paragraph> 
<paragraph id="H6C4026C133324D43BD9F9E379E19EAF"><enum>(2)</enum><header>Parcel</header><text>The parcel referred to in paragraph (1) is the parcel of land identified for disposal and consisting of approximately 44 acres under the jurisdiction of the Bureau of Land Management, as generally depicted on the map entitled ____________, dated ________________, 2004.</text></paragraph></subsection> 
<subsection id="H170AF97762644812BA13F43B8641FB4F"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Purposes of conveyance</header><text>The purposes of the conveyance under section (a) are to provide a homeless shelter, a training center, and affordable housing.</text></subsection> 
<subsection id="H7A48FD3661B343A99C4B7D00430056F1"><enum>(c)</enum><header>Reverter</header><text>If the Villages or any subsequent owner of the land transferred under this section uses that land for purposes other than those described in subsection (b), the land (and any improvements thereon) shall immediately revert to the United States to be administered under the jurisdiction of the Secretary of the Interior.</text></subsection></section>
