<section section-type="section-one" id="H63E1A4F606804D4393B9CC23E733943F"><enum>1.</enum><header>Short title</header><text display-inline="no-display-inline">This Act may be cited as the <quote><short-title>&short-title2;</short-title></quote>.</text></section> 
<section id="HC8E716373193487FA346599B24B0F8B4"><enum>2.</enum><header>Boundary adjustment</header> 
<subsection id="H1E5DDCC025D149DF8532F6883F9F00B9"><enum>(a)</enum><header>Boundary</header><text>The boundary of the John Muir National Historic Site is adjusted to include the lands generally depicted on the map entitled <quote>Boundary Map, John Muir National Historic Site</quote> numbered PWR–OL 426–80,044a and dated August 2001.</text></subsection> 
<subsection id="H1A2676B2E8894406ACAF675F9CF492ED"><enum>(b)</enum><header>Land acquisition</header><text>The Secretary of the Interior is authorized to acquire the lands and interests in lands identified as the <quote>Boundary Adjustment Area</quote> on the map referred to in subsection (a) by donation, purchase with donated or appropriated funds, exchange, or otherwise.</text></subsection> 
<subsection id="H87B4FACF9557491BAC21443DD422205B"><enum>(c)</enum><header>Administration</header><text>The lands and interests in lands described in subsection (b) shall be administered as part of the John Muir National Historic Site established by the Act of August 31, 1964 (78 Stat. 753; <external-xref legal-doc="usc" parsable-cite="usc/16/461">16 U.S.C. 461</external-xref> note).</text></subsection></section>
