                  In the Senate of the United States,

                                                      October 10, 2004.
    Resolved, That the bill from the House of Representatives (H.R. 
1630) entitled ``An Act to revise the boundary of the Petrified Forest 
National Park in the State of Arizona, and for other purposes.'', do 
pass with the following

                               AMENDMENT:

            On page 2, line 9, strike ``June'' and insert ``July''.
