A BILL
To direct the Secretary of the Interior to convey certain land to the
city of Haines, Oregon.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the
United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. CONVEYANCE TO THE CITY OF HAINES, OREGON.
(a) Conveyance.--As soon as practicable after the date of enactment
of this Act, the Secretary of the Interior shall convey, without
consideration, all right, title, and interest of the United States in
and to the parcel of land described in subsection (b) to the city of
Haines, Oregon.
(b) Description of Land.--The parcel of land referred to in
subsection (a) is the parcel of Bureau of Land Management land
consisting of approximately 40 acres, <DELETED>referred to as ``BLM
Parcel B 186'', according to the map entitled ``Northeast Oregon
Assembled Land Exchange/Triangle Land Exchange'', dated November 5,
1999. </DELETED>as indicated on the map entitled ``S. 1907: Conveyance
to the City of Haines, Oregon'' and dated May 9, 2002.
