   To amend the Water Resources Development Act of 2000 to modify a 
              provision relating to easement prohibitions.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the 
United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. LAKE SIDNEY LANIER, GEORGIA, HOME PRESERVATION.

    Section 516(b)(2) of the Water Resources Development Act of 2000 
(Public Law 106-541; 114 Stat. 2651) is amended by striking ``(if'' and 
all that follows through ``level)''.
