 To authorize the modification of a pump station intake structure and 
 discharge line of the Fort Fairfield, Maine, flood control project at 
                         full Federal expense.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the 
United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. FLOOD CONTROL PROJECT, FORT FAIRFIELD, MAINE.

    Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the Federal share of 
all design and construction costs associated with modifying the pump 
station intake structure and discharge line to prevent ice from 
interfering with pump operation at the Fort Fairfield, Maine, flood 
control project, authorized under section 205 of the Flood Control Act 
of 1948 (33 U.S.C. 701s), shall be 100 percent.
