 Designating minority membership on certain standing committees of the 
                                 House.

    Resolved, That the following named Members be, and are hereby, elected to 
the following standing committees of the House of Representatives:
    Committee on House Administration: Mr. Hoyer of Maryland.
    Committee on Standards of Official Conduct: Mr. Berman of California.
