A BILL
To abolish the Advanced Technology Program.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the
United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. AMENDMENTS.
The National Institute of Standards and Technology Act is amended--
(1) in section 2(d) (15 U.S.C. 272(d)), by striking ``25,
26, and 28'' and inserting ``25 and 26'';
(2) in section 10(h)(1) (15 U.S.C. 278(h)(1)), by striking
``, including the Program established under section 28,''; and
(3) by striking section 28.
