A BILL
To require any organization that is established for the purpose of
raising funds for the creation of a Presidential archival depository to
disclose the sources and amounts of any funds raised.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the
United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. REQUIREMENT TO DISCLOSE SOURCES AND AMOUNTS OF FUNDS RAISED
FOR THE CREATION OF A PRESIDENTIAL ARCHIVAL DEPOSITORY.
(a) In General.--Any organization that is established for the
purpose of raising funds for the creation of a Presidential archival
depository shall make public the sources and amounts of any funds
received by the organization for the creation of such depository.
(b) Applicability.--Subsection (a) shall only apply with respect to
funds raised for a Presidential archival depository after the date of
the enactment of this Act.
