 To amend the Water Resources Development Act of 2000 relating to Lake 
               Sidney Lanier, Georgia, home preservation.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the 
United States of America in Congress assembled, That section 516(b)(2) 
of the Water Resources Development Act of 2000 (114 Stat. 2651) is 
amended by striking ``(if'' and all that follows through ``level)''.
