To suspend temporarily the duty on 4-Methyl-g-oxo-benzenebutanoic acid 
                compounded with 4-ethylmorpholine (2:1).

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the 
United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. TEMPORARY SUSPENSION OF DUTY ON 4-METHYL-G-OXO-
              BENZENEBUTANOIC ACID COMPOUNDED WITH 4-ETHYLMORPHOLINE 
              (2:1).

    (a) In General.--Subchapter II of chapter 99 of the Harmonized 
Tariff Schedule of the United States is amended by striking heading 
9902.38.26 and inserting the following:

                     benzenebutanoic                                                         31/2004          ''
                     acid compounded                                                                           .
                     with 4-
                     ethylmorpholine

    (b) Effective Date.--The amendment made by subsection (a) applies 
to articles entered, or withdrawn from warehouse for consumption, on or 
after the 15th day after the date of the enactment of this Act.
