 To direct the Secretary of the Interior to conduct a special resource 
 study to determine whether it is suitable and feasible to include the 
   West Creek Preserve and Greenway in Parma, Ohio, as a unit of the 
                         National Park System.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the 
United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. STUDY AND REPORT.

    (a) Study.--
            (1) Study required.--The Secretary of the Interior shall 
        carry out a special resource study regarding the suitability 
        and feasibility of designating the West Creek Preserve and 
        Greenway as a unit of the National Park System.
            (2) Study area.--The area to be studied under paragraph (1) 
        is the approximately 500 acres of wetlands, riparian forest, 
        and upland forest, including the West Creek, located in the 
        City of Parma, Ohio, between Broadview Road to the east, State 
        Road to the west, Pleasant Valley Road to the south, and 
        Ridgewood Drive to the north.
    (b) Study Process and Completion.--Section 8(c) of Public Law 91-
383 (16 U.S.C. 1a-5(c)) shall apply to the conduct and completion of 
the study required by this section.
    (c) Submission of Study Results.--Not later than 3 years after 
funds are first made available for this section, the Secretary shall 
submit to the Committee on Resources of the House of Representatives 
and the Committee on Energy and Natural Resources of the Senate a 
report describing the results of the study.
