                                 A BILL

For the relief of Mrs. Marie Marlow of Friendswood, Texas.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the
United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of
Veterans Affairs shall pay to Mrs. Marie Marlow of Friendswood, Texas,
a sum equal to--
            (1) the difference between the amount of veterans'
disability benefits that her late father, Albert A. Mokal,
received, and the amount that he would have received had the
correct special monthly compensation rate been applied from May
        12, 1946, through March 24, 1980; and
            (2) the amount of interest that the Secretary calculates
would have accrued on such additional amounts from March 24,
1980, to the date payment is made pursuant to this act, if such
additional amounts had been paid correctly on March 24, 1980.
