A BILL
To restore freedom of choice to women in the uniformed services serving
outside the United States.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the
United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.
This Act may be cited as the ``Freedom of Choice for Women in the
Uniformed Services Act''.
SEC. 2. LIMITING RESTRICTION OF USE OF DEPARTMENT OF DEFENSE MEDICAL
FACILITIES TO PERFORM ABORTIONS TO FACILITIES IN THE
UNITED STATES.
Section 1093(b) of title 10, United States Code, is amended by
inserting ``in the United States'' after ``Defense''.
