A BILL
To modify the project for beach erosion control, Tybee Island, Georgia.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the
United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. TYBEE ISLAND, GEORGIA.
The project for beach erosion control, Tybee Island, Georgia,
authorized pursuant to section 201 of the Flood Control Act of 1968 (42
U.S.C. 1962d-5), is modified to include the northern end of Tybee
Island extending from the north terminal groin to the mouth of
Lazaretto Creek as a part of the project.
