Production Act of 1950, and for other purposes'', with the following

(1)Page 1, line 3, of the engrossed Senate amendment strike [2002] and 
insert 2003.
(2)Page 1, line 7, of the engrossed Senate amendment strike [2002] and 
insert 2003.
