  To direct the Administrator of General Services to convey a certain 
   United States Courthouse in Jacksonville, Florida, to the city of 
                         Jacksonville, Florida.

                                 A BILL


 
  To direct the Administrator of General Services to convey a certain 
   United States Courthouse in Jacksonville, Florida, to the city of 
                         Jacksonville, Florida.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the 
United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. CONVEYANCE REQUIRED.

    (a) In General.--The Administrator of General Services shall 
convey, without consideration or reservations, all right, title, and 
interest of the United States in the real property located at 311 West 
Monroe Street, Jacksonville, Florida, including the United States 
Courthouse building and any other improvements thereon, to the city of 
Jacksonville, Florida, for use as a public administration building or 
for other public purposes.
    (b) Description of Property.--The legal description of the real 
property to be conveyed under subsection (a) is as follows: All of 
Block 49, as shown on Hart's Map of Jacksonville, recorded in Deed Book 
Y, pages 428 and 429, former public records, Duval County, Florida. 
Such property is situated in the Z Hogan's Grant, Section 39, Township 
2 South, Range 26 East, in Duval County, and is identified by the Duval 
County Property Appraiser by Real Estate Number 073799 0000. Such 
property is approximately 1.51 acres and is bound by Duval Street to 
the North, Julia Street to the East, Monroe Street to the South, and 
Pearl Street to the West.
    (c) Deadline for Conveyance.--The Administrator shall convey the 
real property described in subsection (a) not later than 60 days after 
all personnel, office equipment, and furnishings of such United States 
Courthouse have been relocated to a new United States Courthouse in 
Jacksonville, Florida, or to other facilities.
