                For the relief of Thomas Patrick McEvoy.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the 
United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. DETERMINATION OF ANNUAL INCOME FOR PURPOSES OF CALCULATING 
              THE RATE OF VETERANS' NON-SERVICE-CONNECTED DISABILITY 
              PENSION.

    For purposes of calculating the annual rate of non-service-
connected disability pension paid to Thomas Patrick McEvoy of Macomb 
Township, Michigan, under section 1521 of title 38, United States Code, 
the Secretary of Veterans Affairs shall exclude from the determination 
of the annual income of Thomas Patrick McEvoy under section 1503 of 
title 38, United States Code, any disability insurance benefit to which 
Thomas Patrick McEvoy is entitled for such year under section 223 of 
the Social Security Act (42 U.S.C. 423).
