JOINT RESOLUTION
Expressing Congressional disapproval of a rule issued by the Department
of Energy with respect to residential central air conditioners and heat
pumps.
Resolved by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United
States of America in Congress assembled, That Congress disapproves the
rule submitted by the Secretary of Energy relating to residential
central air conditioners and heat pumps (66 Fed. Reg. 7170; January 22,
2001), and such rule shall have no force or effect.
