Resolved, That the resolution from the House of Representatives (H.
Con. Res. 289) entitled ``Concurrent resolution directing the Clerk of
the House of Representatives to make technical corrections in the
enrollment of the bill H.R. 1.'', do pass with the following
AMENDMENT:
Strike out all after the resolving clause and insert:
That in the enrollment of the bill (H.R. 1) to close the achievement
gap with accountability, flexibility, and choice, so that no child is
