Mr. Kennedy of Minnesota submitted the following concurrent resolution; 
            which was referred to the Committee on Resources

                         CONCURRENT RESOLUTION


 
 Honoring Robert Hautman for winning the 2001-2002 Federal Duck Stamp 
                                Contest.

Whereas Robert Hautman recently won his second Federal Duck Stamp Contest;
Whereas Robert Hautman and his 2 brothers, James Hautman and Joseph Hautman, 
        have collectively had their artwork featured on 35 State and Federal 
        stamps;
Whereas Robert Hautman, James Hautman, and Joseph Hautman have collectively won 
        6 Federal Duck Stamp Contests;
Whereas the Federal Duck Stamp Program has raised more than $500,000,000 to 
        preserve wetlands in the United States;
Whereas the Federal Duck Stamp Program has become one of the most popular and 
        successful conservation programs ever initiated, selling 1,500,000 
        stamps each year; and
Whereas Congress should honor the artists who contribute the artwork for the 
        Federal Duck Stamps: Now, therefore, be it
    Resolved by the House of Representatives (the Senate concurring), 
That Congress honors Robert Hautman for winning the 2001-2002 Federal 
Duck Stamp Contest.
