To redesignate the facility of the United States Postal Service located 
at 514 Express Center Drive in Chicago, Illinois, as the ``J.T. Weeker 
                           Service Center''.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the 
United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. J.T. WEEKER SERVICE CENTER.

    (a) Redesignation.--The facility of the United States Postal 
Service located at 514 Express Center Drive in Chicago, Illinois, and 
known as the Chicago International/Military Service Center, shall be 
known and designated as the ``J.T. Weeker Service Center''.
    (b) References.--Any reference in a law, map, regulation, document, 
paper, or other record of the United States to the facility referred to 
in subsection (a) shall be deemed to be a reference to the ``J.T. 
Weeker Service Center''.
