                                 AN ACT


 
To redesignate the facility of the United States Postal Service located 
at 1602 Frankford Avenue in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, as the ``Joseph 
                    F. Smith Post Office Building''.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the 
United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. REDESIGNATION.

    The facility of the United States Postal Service located at 1602 
Frankford Avenue in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and known as the 
Kensington Station, shall be known and designated as the ``Joseph F. 
Smith Post Office Building''.

SEC. 2. REFERENCES.

    Any reference in a law, map, regulation, document, paper, or other 
record of the United States to the facility referred to in section 1 
shall be deemed to be a reference to the ``Joseph F. Smith Post Office 
Building''.
