   To name certain facilities of the United States Postal Service in 
                          Baltimore, Maryland.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the 
United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. SAMUEL H. LACY, SR. POST OFFICE.

    (a) Designation.--The United States post office located at 919 West 
34th Street in Baltimore, Maryland, shall be known and designated as 
the ``Samuel H. Lacy, Sr. Post Office''.
    (b) References.--Any reference in a law, map, regulation, document, 
paper, or other record of the United States to the facility referred to 
in subsection (a) shall be deemed to be a reference to the ``Samuel H. 
Lacy, Sr. Post Office''.

SEC. 2. JUDGE ROBERT BERNARD WATTS, SR. POST OFFICE.

    (a) Designation.--The United States post office located at 3500 
Dolfield Avenue in Baltimore, Maryland, shall be known and designated 
as the ``Judge Robert Bernard Watts, Sr. Post Office''.
    (b) References.--Any reference in a law, map, regulation, document, 
paper, or other record of the United States to the facility referred to 
in subsection (a) shall be deemed to be a reference to the ``Judge 
Robert Bernard Watts, Sr. Post Office''.

SEC. 3. DR. FLOSSIE MCCLAIN DEDMOND POST OFFICE.

    (a) Designation.--The United States post office located at 1908 
North Ellamont Street in Baltimore, Maryland, shall be known and 
designated as the ``Dr. Flossie McClain Dedmond Post Office''.
    (b) References.--Any reference in a law, map, regulation, document, 
paper, or other record of the United States to the facility referred to 
in subsection (a) shall be deemed to be a reference to the ``Dr. 
Flossie McClain Dedmond Post Office''.

SEC. 4. JUDGE HARRY AUGUSTUS COLE POST OFFICE.

    (a) Designation.--The United States post office located at 900 East 
Fayette Street in Baltimore, Maryland, shall be known and designated as 
the ``Judge Harry Augustus Cole Post Office''.
    (b) References.--Any reference in a law, map, regulation, document, 
paper, or other record of the United States to the facility referred to 
in subsection (a) shall be deemed to be a reference to the ``Judge 
Harry Augustus Cole Post Office''.

SEC. 5. FREDERICK L. DEWBERRY, JR. POST OFFICE.

    (a) Designation.--The United States post office located at 1001 
Frederick Road in Baltimore, Maryland, shall be known and designated as 
the ``Frederick L. Dewberry, Jr. Post Office''.
    (b) References.--Any reference in a law, map, regulation, document, 
paper, or other record of the United States to the facility referred to 
in subsection (a) shall be deemed to be a reference to the ``Frederick 
L. Dewberry, Jr. Post Office''.
