 To redesignate the Stuttgart National Aquaculture Research Center in 
    the State of Arkansas as the Harry K. Dupree Stuttgart National 
                      Aquaculture Research Center.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the 
United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. REDESIGNATION OF STUTTGART NATIONAL AQUACULTURE RESEARCH 
              CENTER, ARKANSAS.

    Section 889 of the Federal Agriculture Improvement and Reform Act 
of 1996 (Public Law 104-127; 110 Stat. 1180) is amended--
            (1) in the section heading, by inserting ``harry k. 
        dupree'' before ``stuttgart''; and
            (2) in subsection (b)(1)--
                    (A) in the paragraph heading, by inserting ``harry 
                k. dupree'' before ``stuttgart''; and
                    (B) in subparagraphs (A) and (B), by inserting 
                ``Harry K. Dupree'' before ``Stuttgart National 
                Aquaculture Research Center'' each place it appears.
