              For the relief of Jean-Loup J. M. Chretien.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the 
United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. WAIVER OF CERTAIN NATURALIZATION REQUIREMENTS FOR JEAN-LOUP 
              J. M. CHRETIEN.

    (a) In General.--Notwithstanding his inability to meet the 
requirements of section 319(a) of the Immigration and Nationality Act 
relating to residence and physical presence in the United States, Jean-
Loup J. M. Chretien shall be deemed eligible for naturalization upon 
the filing of the appropriate application, if otherwise qualified for 
naturalization under such Act.
    (b) Deadline for Application and Payment of Fees.--Subsection (a) 
shall apply only if the application for naturalization is filed with 
appropriate fees within 2 years after the date of the enactment of this 
Act.
