         To correct certain references in the Bankruptcy Code.
    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the 
United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. REFERENCE.

    Section 1228 of title 11, United States Code, is amended by 
striking ``section 1222(b)(10)'' each place it appears and inserting 
``section 1222(b)(9)''.
