 To establish the Carl Garner Federal Lands Cleanup Day, and for other 
                               purposes.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the 
United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. THE CARL GARNER FEDERAL LANDS CLEANUP ACT.

    The Federal Lands Cleanup Act of 1985 (36 U.S.C. 169i-169i-1) is 
amended by striking ``Federal Lands Cleanup Day'' each place it appears 
and inserting ``Carl Garner Federal Lands Cleanup Day''.
