    To designate the United States Post Office building in Camden, 
  Arkansas, as the ``Honorable David H. Pryor Post Office Building''.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the 
United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. HONORABLE DAVID H. PRYOR POST OFFICE BUILDING.

    (a) Designation.--The United States Post Office building located at 
351 Washington Street in Camden, Arkansas, is designated as the 
``Honorable David H. Pryor Post Office Building''.
    (b) References.--Any reference in any law, map, regulation, 
document, paper, or other record of the United States to the United 
States Post Office building referred to in section 1 is deemed to be a 
reference to the ``Honorable David H. Pryor Post Office Building''.
