   the definition of single asset real estate and to make technical 
                              corrections.

             was referred to the Committee on the Judiciary

                                 A BILL


 
 To amend section 101 of title 11 of the United States Code to modify 
   the definition of single asset real estate and to make technical 
                              corrections.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the 
United States of America in Congress assembled,
That section 101 of title 11, United States Code, is amended--
            (1) in paragraph (51B) by striking ``having'' and all that 
        follows through ``$4,000,000'',
            (2) in paragraph (35)(B) by striking ``paragraphs (21B) and 
        (33)(A)'' and inserting ``paragraphs (23) and (35)'',
            (3) by redesignating paragraphs (4) through (12A) as 
        paragraphs (3) through (12), respectively, and
            (4) by redesignating paragraphs (21A) through (55) as 
        paragraphs (22) through (66), respectively.
