  To extend for 2 years the period of applicability of enrollment mix 
   requirement to certain health maintenance organizations providing 
                services under Dayton Area Health Plan.
    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the 
United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. EXTENDING PERIOD OF APPLICABILITY OF ENROLLMENT MIX 
              REQUIREMENT TO CERTAIN HEALTH MAINTENANCE ORGANIZATIONS 
              PROVIDING SERVICES UNDER DAYTON AREA HEALTH PLAN.

    Section 2 of Public Law 102-278, as amended by section 13644 of the 
Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act of 1993, is amended by striking 
``December 31, 1995'' and inserting ``December 31, 1999''.
