Res. 3 Enrolled Bill (ENR)] S.Con.Res. 3 Agreed to January 5, 1993 One Hundred Third Congress of the United States of America AT THE FIRST SESSION Begun and held at the City of Washington on Tuesday, the fifth day of January, one thousand nine hundred and ninety-three Concurrent Resolution Resolved by the Senate (the House of Representatives concurring), That when the Senate recesses or adjourns on Wednesday, January 6, or Thursday, January 7, 1993, pursuant to a motion made by the Majority Leader or his designee, in accordance with the provisions of this resolution, it stand recessed or adjourned until 3:00 o'clock p.m. on Wednesday, January 20, 1993, and that when the House of Representatives adjourns on Wednesday, January 6, 1993, pursuant to a motion made by the Majority Leader or his designee, in accordance with the provisions of this resolution, it stand adjourned until 10:00 o'clock a.m. on Wednesday, January 20, 1993, or until 12 o'clock noon on the second day after Members are notified to reassemble pursuant to section 2 of this concurrent resolution. Sec. 2. The Majority Leader of the Senate and the Speaker of the House, acting jointly after consultation with the Minority Leader of the Senate and the Minority Leader of the House, shall notify the Members of the Senate and the House, respectively, to reassemble whenever, in their opinion, the public interest shall warrant it.
