<section id="d281e85" identifier="/us/pl/119/80/s1" style="-uslm-lc:I658146"><num class="bold" value="1">SECTION 1. </num><heading>WAIVER OF 60-DAY NOTICE REQUIREMENT FOR THE POSTHUMOUS HONORARY PROMOTION OF CAPTAIN CODY KHORK, UNITED STATES ARMY.</heading><content style="-uslm-lc:I658120">  The 60-day notice requirement under <ref href="/us/usc/t10/s1563a/b">section 1563a(b) of title 10, United States Code</ref>, is hereby waived for the purpose of the posthumous honorary promotion of Captain Cody Khork, United States Army, to the rank of major.</content></section>
