<section class="indentDown1 firstIndent0 fontsize10" id="ydd70fcae-e812-11f0-bc57-ad3ac4b1618c" style="-uslm-lc:I658120"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="159">“<inline class="smallCaps">Sec. 159. </inline></num><content> Section<sidenote><p class="leftAlign firstIndent0 fontsize8" id="xdd70fcaf-e812-11f0-bc57-ad3ac4b1618c" style="-uslm-lc:I658180">Repeal.</p></sidenote> 533 of <ref href="/us/pl/116/260/dB/tV">title V of division B of Public Law 116–260</ref> is repealed.<page identifier="/us/stat/135/1500">135 STAT. 1500</page></content></section>
<section class="indentDown1 firstIndent0 fontsize10" id="ydd70fcb0-e812-11f0-bc57-ad3ac4b1618c" style="-uslm-lc:I658120"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="160">“<inline class="smallCaps">Sec. 160.</inline></num><subsection class="inline" id="ydd70fcb1-e812-11f0-bc57-ad3ac4b1618c"><num value="a"> (a) </num><chapeau>Notwithstanding section 101, <ref href="/us/pl/116/260/dE/tVII/s748">section 748 of title VII of division E of Public Law 116–260</ref> shall be applied during the period covered by this Act by—</chapeau><paragraph class="fontsize10" id="ydd70fcb2-e812-11f0-bc57-ad3ac4b1618c" style="-uslm-lc:I658122"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="1">“(1) </num><content>substituting ‘2023’ for ‘2022’;</content></paragraph>
<paragraph class="fontsize10" id="ydd70fcb3-e812-11f0-bc57-ad3ac4b1618c" style="-uslm-lc:I658122"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="2">“(2) </num><content>substituting ‘2022’ for ‘2021’ each place it appears;</content></paragraph>
<paragraph class="fontsize10" id="ydd70fcb4-e812-11f0-bc57-ad3ac4b1618c" style="-uslm-lc:I658122"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="3">“(3) </num><content>substituting ‘2021’ for ‘2020’ each place it appears; and</content></paragraph>
<paragraph class="fontsize10" id="ydd70fcb5-e812-11f0-bc57-ad3ac4b1618c" style="-uslm-lc:I658122"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="4">“(4) </num><content>substituting ‘<ref href="/us/pl/116/260/dE/s748">section 748 of division E of Public Law 116–260</ref>, as in effect on September 30, 2021’ for ‘<ref href="/us/pl/116/93/dC/s749">section 749 of division C of Public Law 116–93</ref>’ each place it appears.</content></paragraph>
</subsection>
<subsection class="firstIndent0 fontsize10" id="ydd70fcb6-e812-11f0-bc57-ad3ac4b1618c" style="-uslm-lc:I658120"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="b">“(b) </num><sidenote><p class="leftAlign firstIndent0 fontsize8" id="xdd70fcb7-e812-11f0-bc57-ad3ac4b1618c" style="-uslm-lc:I658180">Effective date.</p></sidenote><content>Subsection (a) shall not take effect until the first day of the first applicable pay period beginning on or after January 1, 2022.</content></subsection>

<section class="indentDown1 firstIndent0 fontsize10" id="ydd70fcb8-e812-11f0-bc57-ad3ac4b1618c" style="-uslm-lc:I658120"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="161">“<inline class="smallCaps">Sec. 161. </inline></num><content> Section 302 of the Universal Service Antideficiency Temporary Suspension Act shall be applied by substituting the date specified in section 106(3) of this Act for ‘December 31, 2021’ each place it appears.</content></section>
<section class="indentDown1 firstIndent0 fontsize10" id="ydd70fcb9-e812-11f0-bc57-ad3ac4b1618c" style="-uslm-lc:I658120"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="162">“<inline class="smallCaps">Sec. 162. </inline></num><content> In addition to amounts otherwise provided by this Act, there is appropriated $1,600,000,000, for an additional amount for fiscal year 2022, to remain available until September 30, 2024, for the account specified and for the activities specified, in section 141 of this Act.</content></section>
<section class="indentDown1 firstIndent0 fontsize10" id="ydd70fcba-e812-11f0-bc57-ad3ac4b1618c" style="-uslm-lc:I658120"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="163">“<inline class="smallCaps">Sec. 163. </inline></num><content> During the period covered by this Act, section 506(a)(1) of the Foreign Assistance Act of 1961 (<ref href="/us/usc/t22/s2318">22 U.S.C. 2318</ref>) shall be applied by substituting ‘$200,000,000’ for ‘$100,000,000’.”</content></section>

<section style="-uslm-lc:I658120"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="1101"><inline class="smallCaps">Sec. 1101. </inline> </num><content class="inline">Not<sidenote><p class="leftAlign firstIndent0 fontsize8" id="xdd7171ed-e812-11f0-bc57-ad3ac4b1618c" style="-uslm-lc:I658180">Time period.</p><p class="leftAlign firstIndent0 fontsize8" id="xdd7171ee-e812-11f0-bc57-ad3ac4b1618c" style="-uslm-lc:I658180">Reports.</p></sidenote> later than 30 days after the date of enactment of this Act, and every 30 days thereafter through fiscal year 2022, the Secretary of Defense shall provide a written report to the congressional defense committees describing the execution of funds provided in this title, including the amounts obligated and expended, in total and since the previous report; the nature of the costs incurred or services provided by such funds; and any reimbursements or funds transferred by another Federal agency to the Department of Defense which relates to the purpose of the funds provided by this title.</content></section>
<section style="-uslm-lc:I658120"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="1102"><inline class="smallCaps">Sec. 1102. </inline> </num><content class="inline">Notwithstanding any other provision of law, funds provided by this title shall only be for the purposes specified, and shall not be subject to any transfer authority provided by law.</content></section>
