<enactingFormula style="-uslm-lc:I658120"><i>  Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa­tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,</i></enactingFormula><sidenote><p class="leftAlign firstIndent0 fontsize8" id="x1ce6cc4a-e815-11f0-a1e4-69761a48a15a" style="-uslm-lc:I658180">Agua Caliente Land Exchange Fee to Trust Confirmation Act.</p></sidenote>
<section id="d51001e88" identifier="/us/pl/117/329/s1" style="-uslm-lc:I658146"><num class="bold" value="1">SECTION 1. </num><heading>SHORT TITLE.</heading><content style="-uslm-lc:I658120">  This Act may be cited as the “<shortTitle role="act">Agua Caliente Land Exchange Fee to Trust Confirmation Act</shortTitle>”.</content></section>
<section id="d51001e98" identifier="/us/pl/117/329/s2" style="-uslm-lc:I658141"><num class="fontsize12" value="2">SEC. 2. </num><heading>LANDS TO BE TAKEN INTO TRUST.</heading><subsection class="firstIndent0 fontsize10" id="y1ce71a6b-e815-11f0-a1e4-69761a48a15a" identifier="/us/pl/117/329/s2/a" style="-uslm-lc:I658120"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="a">(a) </num><heading class="fontsize10"><inline class="smallCaps">In General</inline>.—</heading><content>The approximately 2,560 acres of land owned by the Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians generally depicted as “Lands to be Taken into Trust” on the map entitled “Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians Land to be Taken into Trust” and dated November 17, 2021, is hereby taken into trust by the United States for the benefit of the Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians.</content></subsection>
<subsection class="firstIndent0 fontsize10" id="y1ce71a6c-e815-11f0-a1e4-69761a48a15a" identifier="/us/pl/117/329/s2/b" style="-uslm-lc:I658120"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="b">(b) </num><heading class="fontsize10"><inline class="smallCaps">Lands Part of Reservation</inline>.—</heading><content>Lands taken into trust by this section shall be part of the Tribe’s reservation and shall be administered in accordance with the laws and regulations generally applicable to property held in trust by the United States for an Indian Tribe.</content></subsection>
<subsection class="firstIndent0 fontsize10" id="y1ce71a6d-e815-11f0-a1e4-69761a48a15a" identifier="/us/pl/117/329/s2/c" style="-uslm-lc:I658120"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="c">(c) </num><heading class="fontsize10"><inline class="smallCaps">Gaming Prohibited</inline>.—</heading><content>Lands taken into trust by this section for the benefit of the Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians <page identifier="/us/stat/136/6113">136 STAT. 6113</page>
shall not be eligible for gaming under the Indian Gaming Regulatory Act (<ref href="/us/usc/t25/s2701/etseq">25 U.S.C. 2701 et seq.</ref>).</content></subsection>
