<section id="d62698e204" identifier="/us/pl/117/264/dB/tI/s101" style="-uslm-lc:I658143"><num class="fontsize12" value="101">SEC. 101. </num><heading>EXTENSION OF FCC AUCTION AUTHORITY.</heading><content class="firstIndent0 fontsize10" id="x7808f51f-e817-11f0-a1e4-69761a48a15a" style="-uslm-lc:I658120">  Section<sidenote><p class="leftAlign firstIndent0 fontsize8" id="x7808f520-e817-11f0-a1e4-69761a48a15a" style="-uslm-lc:I658180">Applicability.</p></sidenote> 309(j)(11) of the Communications Act of 1934 (<ref href="/us/usc/t47/s309/j/11">47 U.S.C. 309(j)(11)</ref>) shall be applied by substituting “December 30, 2022” for “December 23, 2022”.<page identifier="/us/stat/136/4168">136 STAT. 4168</page></content></section>
<section id="d62698e221" identifier="/us/pl/117/264/dB/tI/s102" style="-uslm-lc:I658143"><num class="fontsize12" value="102">SEC. 102. </num><heading>EXTENSION OF AUTHORIZATION FOR SPECIAL ASSESSMENT FOR DOMESTIC TRAFFICKING VICTIMS’ FUND.</heading><content style="-uslm-lc:I658120">  Section<sidenote><p class="leftAlign firstIndent0 fontsize8" id="x78091c31-e817-11f0-a1e4-69761a48a15a" style="-uslm-lc:I658180">Applicability.</p></sidenote> 3014(a) of <ref href="/us/usc/t18">title 18, United States Code</ref>, shall be applied, in the matter preceding paragraph (1), by substituting “December 30, 2022” for “December 23, 2022”.</content></section>
<section id="d62698e235" identifier="/us/pl/117/264/dB/tI/s103" style="-uslm-lc:I658143"><num class="fontsize12" value="103">SEC. 103. </num><sidenote><p class="leftAlign firstIndent0 fontsize8" id="x78091c32-e817-11f0-a1e4-69761a48a15a" style="-uslm-lc:I658180">United States Parole Commission Further Additional Extension Act of 2022.</p></sidenote><heading>UNITED STATES PAROLE COMMISSION EXTENSION.</heading><subsection class="firstIndent0 fontsize10" id="y78094343-e817-11f0-a1e4-69761a48a15a" identifier="/us/pl/117/264/dB/tI/s103/a" style="-uslm-lc:I658120"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="a">(a) </num><sidenote><p class="leftAlign firstIndent0 fontsize8" id="x78096a54-e817-11f0-a1e4-69761a48a15a" style="-uslm-lc:I658180"><ref href="/us/usc/t18/s1">18 USC 1 note</ref>.</p></sidenote><heading class="fontsize10"><inline class="smallCaps">Short Title</inline>.—</heading><content>This section may be cited as the “<shortTitle role="section">United States Parole Commission Further Additional Extension Act of 2022</shortTitle>”.</content></subsection>
<subsection class="firstIndent0 fontsize10" id="y78096a55-e817-11f0-a1e4-69761a48a15a" identifier="/us/pl/117/264/dB/tI/s103/b" style="-uslm-lc:I658120"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="b">(b) </num><sidenote><p class="leftAlign firstIndent0 fontsize8" id="x78096a56-e817-11f0-a1e4-69761a48a15a" style="-uslm-lc:I658180">Applicability.</p><p class="leftAlign firstIndent0 fontsize8" id="x78096a57-e817-11f0-a1e4-69761a48a15a" style="-uslm-lc:I658180"><ref href="/us/usc/t18/s3551">18 USC 3551 note</ref>.</p></sidenote><heading class="fontsize10"><inline class="smallCaps">Amendment of Sentencing Reform Act of 1984</inline>.—</heading><content>For purposes of section 235(b) of the Sentencing Reform Act of 1984 (<ref href="/us/usc/t18/s3551">18 U.S.C. 3551 note</ref>; <ref href="/us/pl/98/473">Public Law 98–473</ref>; <ref href="/us/stat/98/2032">98 Stat. 2032</ref>), as such section relates to <ref href="/us/usc/t18/ch311">chapter 311 of title 18, United States Code</ref>, and the United States Parole Commission, each reference in such section to “35 years and 46 days” or “35-year and 46-day period” shall be applied as if it were a reference to “35 years and 60 days” or “35-year and 60-day period”, respectively.</content></subsection>
<subsection class="firstIndent0 fontsize10" id="y78096a58-e817-11f0-a1e4-69761a48a15a" identifier="/us/pl/117/264/dB/tI/s103/c" style="-uslm-lc:I658120"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="c">(c) </num><heading class="fontsize10"><inline class="smallCaps">Effective Date</inline>.—</heading><content>Subsection (b) shall take effect as though enacted as part of the Further Continuing Appropriations and Extensions Act, 2023.</content></subsection>
<subsection class="firstIndent0 fontsize10" id="y78096a59-e817-11f0-a1e4-69761a48a15a" identifier="/us/pl/117/264/dB/tI/s103/d" style="-uslm-lc:I658120"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="d">(d) </num><sidenote><p class="leftAlign firstIndent0 fontsize8" id="x78096a5a-e817-11f0-a1e4-69761a48a15a" style="-uslm-lc:I658180"><ref href="/us/usc/t18/s3551">18 USC 3551 note</ref>.</p></sidenote><heading class="fontsize10"><inline class="smallCaps">Superseded Provision</inline>.—</heading><content>Section 103 of division B of the Further Continuing Appropriations and Extensions Act, 2023 shall have no force or effect.</content></subsection>

<section id="d62698e313" identifier="/us/pl/117/264/dB/tI/s104" style="-uslm-lc:I658143"><num class="fontsize12" value="104">SEC. 104. </num><heading>EXTENSION OF COMMODITY FUTURES TRADING COMMISSION CUSTOMER PROTECTION FUND EXPENSES ACCOUNT.</heading><content style="-uslm-lc:I658120">  Section<sidenote><p class="leftAlign firstIndent0 fontsize8" id="x78096a5b-e817-11f0-a1e4-69761a48a15a" style="-uslm-lc:I658180">Applicability.</p></sidenote> 1(b) of <ref href="/us/pl/117/25">Public Law 117–25</ref> (<ref href="/us/stat/135/297">135 Stat. 297</ref>) shall be applied by substituting “December 30, 2022” for “December 23, 2022” each place it appears.</content></section>
<section id="d62698e331" identifier="/us/pl/117/264/dB/tI/s105" style="-uslm-lc:I658143"><num class="fontsize12" value="105">SEC. 105. </num><heading>EXTENSION OF MORATORIUM.</heading><content style="-uslm-lc:I658120">  Section<sidenote><p class="leftAlign firstIndent0 fontsize8" id="x7809916c-e817-11f0-a1e4-69761a48a15a" style="-uslm-lc:I658180">Applicability.</p></sidenote> 424(a) of <ref href="/us/pl/113/76/dG/tIV">title IV of division G of Public Law 113–76</ref> shall be applied by substituting “December 31, 2022” for “December 24, 2022”.</content></section>

<section id="d62698e351" identifier="/us/pl/117/264/dB/tII/s201" style="-uslm-lc:I658143"><num class="fontsize12" value="201">SEC. 201. </num><heading>BUDGETARY EFFECTS.</heading><subsection class="firstIndent0 fontsize10" id="y7809df8d-e817-11f0-a1e4-69761a48a15a" identifier="/us/pl/117/264/dB/tII/s201/a" style="-uslm-lc:I658120"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="a">(a) </num><heading class="fontsize10"><inline class="smallCaps">Statutory PAYGO Scorecards</inline>.—</heading><content>The budgetary effects of this division shall not be entered on either PAYGO scorecard maintained pursuant to section 4(d) of the Statutory Pay-As-You-Go Act of 2010.</content></subsection>
<subsection class="firstIndent0 fontsize10" id="y7809df8e-e817-11f0-a1e4-69761a48a15a" identifier="/us/pl/117/264/dB/tII/s201/b" style="-uslm-lc:I658120"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="b">(b) </num><heading class="fontsize10"><inline class="smallCaps">Senate PAYGO Scorecards</inline>.—</heading><content>The budgetary effects of this division shall not be entered on any PAYGO scorecard maintained for purposes of section 4106 of H. Con. Res. 71 (115th Congress).</content></subsection>
<subsection class="firstIndent0 fontsize10" id="y7809df8f-e817-11f0-a1e4-69761a48a15a" identifier="/us/pl/117/264/dB/tII/s201/c" style="-uslm-lc:I658120"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="c">(c) </num><heading class="fontsize10"><inline class="smallCaps">Classification of Budgetary Effects</inline>.—</heading><chapeau>Notwithstanding Rule 3 of the Budget Scorekeeping Guidelines set forth in the joint explanatory statement of the committee of conference accompanying Conference Report 105–217 and section 250(c)(8) of the Balanced Budget and Emergency Deficit Control Act of 1985, the budgetary effects of this division shall not be estimated—</chapeau><paragraph class="fontsize10" id="y7809df90-e817-11f0-a1e4-69761a48a15a" identifier="/us/pl/117/264/dB/tII/s201/c/1" style="-uslm-lc:I658122"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="1">(1) </num><content>for purposes of section 251 of such Act;</content></paragraph>
