<section id="d114814e85" identifier="/us/pl/117/26/s1" style="-uslm-lc:I658146"><num class="bold" value="1">SECTION 1. </num><heading>JUDICIAL DISTRICTS OF NORTH CAROLINA.</heading><subsection class="firstIndent0 fontsize10" id="yb7a54a66-e817-11f0-bc57-ad3ac4b1618c" identifier="/us/pl/117/26/s1/a" role="instruction" style="-uslm-lc:I658120"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="a">(a) </num><heading class="fontsize10"><inline class="smallCaps">In General</inline>.—</heading><chapeau><ref href="/us/usc/t28/s113">Section 113 of title 28, United States Code</ref>, <amendingAction type="amend">is amended</amendingAction>—</chapeau><paragraph class="fontsize10" id="yb7a54a67-e817-11f0-bc57-ad3ac4b1618c" identifier="/us/pl/117/26/s1/a/1" style="-uslm-lc:I658122"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="1">(1) </num><content>in subsection (a), by <amendingAction type="delete">striking</amendingAction> “<quotedText>and Wilson and</quotedText>” and <amendingAction type="insert">inserting</amendingAction> “<quotedText>Wilson, those portions of Hoke, Moore, Scotland, and Richmond counties encompassing the Fort Bragg Military Reservation and Camp Mackall, and</quotedText>”; and</content></paragraph>
<paragraph class="fontsize10" id="yb7a54a68-e817-11f0-bc57-ad3ac4b1618c" identifier="/us/pl/117/26/s1/a/2" style="-uslm-lc:I658122"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="2">(2) </num><content>by <amendingAction type="delete">striking</amendingAction> subsection (b) and <amendingAction type="insert">inserting</amendingAction> the following:<quotedContent><subsection class="indentDown1 firstIndent0 fontsize10" id="yb7a54a69-e817-11f0-bc57-ad3ac4b1618c" style="-uslm-lc:I658120"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="b">“(b) </num><heading class="fontsize10"><inline class="smallCaps">Middle District</inline>.—</heading><content>The Middle District comprises the counties of Alamance, Cabarrus, Caswell, Chatham, Davidson, Davie, Durham (excluding that portion of Durham County encompassing the Federal Correctional Institution, Butner, North Carolina), Forsyth, Guilford, Hoke (excluding that portion of Hoke County encompassing the Fort Bragg Military Reservation and Camp Mackall), Lee, Montgomery, Moore (excluding that portion of Moore County encompassing the Fort Bragg Military Reservation and Camp Mackall), Orange, Person, Randolph, Richmond (excluding that portion of Richmond County encompassing the Fort Bragg Military Reservation and Camp Mackall), Rockingham, Rowan, Scotland (excluding that portion of Scotland County encompassing the Fort Bragg Military Reservation and Camp Mackall), Stanly, Stokes, Surry, and Yadkin.”</content></subsection>

district of North Carolina before the date of enactment of this Act.</content></subsection>
