<section id="d83045e90" identifier="/us/pl/117/12/s1" style="-uslm-lc:I658146"><num class="bold" value="1">SECTION 1. </num><heading>SHORT TITLE.</heading><content style="-uslm-lc:I658120">  This Act may be cited as the “<shortTitle role="act">Extending Temporary Emergency Scheduling of Fentanyl Analogues Act</shortTitle>”.</content></section>
<section id="d83045e100" identifier="/us/pl/117/12/s2" role="instruction" style="-uslm-lc:I658141"><num class="fontsize12" value="2">SEC. 2. </num><heading>EXTENSION OF TEMPORARY ORDER FOR FENTANYL-RELATED SUBSTANCES.</heading><content style="-uslm-lc:I658120">  Effective as if included in the enactment of the Temporary Reauthorization and Study of the Emergency Scheduling of Fentanyl Analogues Act (<ref href="/us/pl/116/114">Public Law 116–114</ref>), section 2 of such Act (<ref href="/us/pl/116/114">Public Law 116–114</ref>)<sidenote><p class="leftAlign firstIndent0 fontsize8" id="x0faa9b52-e81d-11f0-a1e4-69761a48a15a" style="-uslm-lc:I658180"><ref href="/us/stat/134/103">134 Stat. 103</ref>.</p></sidenote> <amendingAction type="amend">is amended</amendingAction> by <amendingAction type="delete">striking</amendingAction> “<quotedText>May 6, 2021</quotedText>” and <amendingAction type="insert">inserting</amendingAction> “<quotedText>October 22, 2021</quotedText>”.</content></section>
<section id="d83045e129" identifier="/us/pl/117/12/s3" style="-uslm-lc:I658141"><num class="fontsize12" value="3">SEC. 3. </num><heading>DETERMINATION OF BUDGETARY EFFECTS.</heading><content style="-uslm-lc:I658120">  The budgetary effects of this Act, for the purpose of complying with the Statutory Pay-As-You-Go Act of 2010, shall be determined by reference to the latest statement titled “Budgetary Effects of PAYGO Legislation” for this Act, submitted for printing in the Congressional Record by the Chairman of the House Budget Committee, provided that such statement has been submitted prior to the vote on passage.</content></section>
