<section id="d83390e88" identifier="/us/pl/117/114/s1" style="-uslm-lc:I658146"><num class="bold" value="1">SECTION 1. </num><sidenote><p class="leftAlign firstIndent0 fontsize8" id="x42edc6d4-e81d-11f0-a1e4-69761a48a15a" style="-uslm-lc:I658180"><ref href="/us/usc/t16/s6851">16 USC 6851 note</ref>.</p></sidenote><heading>SHORT TITLE.</heading><content style="-uslm-lc:I658120">  This Act may be cited as the “<shortTitle role="act">Modernizing Access to Our Public Land Act</shortTitle>”.</content></section>
<section id="d83390e103" identifier="/us/pl/117/114/s2" style="-uslm-lc:I658141"><num class="fontsize12" value="2">SEC. 2. </num><sidenote><p class="leftAlign firstIndent0 fontsize8" id="x42edede5-e81d-11f0-a1e4-69761a48a15a" style="-uslm-lc:I658180"><ref href="/us/usc/t16/s6851">16 USC 6851</ref>.</p></sidenote><heading>DEFINITIONS.</heading><chapeau class="indentUp0 firstIndent0 fontsize10" id="x42ee3c06-e81d-11f0-a1e4-69761a48a15a" style="-uslm-lc:I658120">  In this Act:</chapeau><paragraph class="fontsize10" id="y42ee3c07-e81d-11f0-a1e4-69761a48a15a" identifier="/us/pl/117/114/s2/1" role="definitions" style="-uslm-lc:I658122"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="1">(1) </num><heading class="fontsize10"><inline class="smallCaps">Federal land</inline>.—</heading><content>The term “<term>Federal land</term>” means any land managed by a Federal land management agency.</content></paragraph>
<paragraph class="fontsize10" id="y42ee3c08-e81d-11f0-a1e4-69761a48a15a" identifier="/us/pl/117/114/s2/2" role="definitions" style="-uslm-lc:I658122"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="2">(2) </num><heading class="fontsize10"><inline class="smallCaps">Federal land management agency</inline>.—</heading><chapeau>The term “<term>Federal land management agency</term>” means—</chapeau><subparagraph class="fontsize10" id="y42ee3c09-e81d-11f0-a1e4-69761a48a15a" identifier="/us/pl/117/114/s2/2/A" style="-uslm-lc:I658124"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="A">(A) </num><content>the Bureau of Reclamation;</content></subparagraph>
<subparagraph class="fontsize10" id="y42ee3c0a-e81d-11f0-a1e4-69761a48a15a" identifier="/us/pl/117/114/s2/2/B" style="-uslm-lc:I658124"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="B">(B) </num><content>the National Park Service;</content></subparagraph>
<subparagraph class="fontsize10" id="y42ee3c0b-e81d-11f0-a1e4-69761a48a15a" identifier="/us/pl/117/114/s2/2/C" style="-uslm-lc:I658124"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="C">(C) </num><content>the Bureau of Land Management;</content></subparagraph>
<subparagraph class="fontsize10" id="y42ee3c0c-e81d-11f0-a1e4-69761a48a15a" identifier="/us/pl/117/114/s2/2/D" style="-uslm-lc:I658124"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="D">(D) </num><content>the United States Fish and Wildlife Service;</content></subparagraph>
<subparagraph class="fontsize10" id="y42ee3c0d-e81d-11f0-a1e4-69761a48a15a" identifier="/us/pl/117/114/s2/2/E" style="-uslm-lc:I658124"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="E">(E) </num><content>the Forest Service; and</content></subparagraph>
<subparagraph class="fontsize10" id="y42ee3c0e-e81d-11f0-a1e4-69761a48a15a" identifier="/us/pl/117/114/s2/2/F" style="-uslm-lc:I658124"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="F">(F) </num><content>the Corps of Engineers.</content></subparagraph>
</paragraph>
<paragraph class="fontsize10" id="y42ee3c0f-e81d-11f0-a1e4-69761a48a15a" identifier="/us/pl/117/114/s2/3" role="definitions" style="-uslm-lc:I658122"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="3">(3) </num><heading class="fontsize10"><inline class="smallCaps">Road or trail</inline>.—</heading><content>The term “<term>road or trail</term>” means a road or trail designated by 1 or more of the Secretaries for public use.</content></paragraph>
<paragraph class="fontsize10" id="y42ee3c10-e81d-11f0-a1e4-69761a48a15a" identifier="/us/pl/117/114/s2/4" role="definitions" style="-uslm-lc:I658122"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="4">(4) </num><heading class="fontsize10"><inline class="smallCaps">Secretaries</inline>.—</heading><chapeau>The term “<term>Secretaries</term>” means—</chapeau><subparagraph class="fontsize10" id="y42ee3c11-e81d-11f0-a1e4-69761a48a15a" identifier="/us/pl/117/114/s2/4/A" style="-uslm-lc:I658124"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="A">(A) </num><content>the Secretary of Agriculture, acting through the Chief of the Forest Service;</content></subparagraph>
<subparagraph class="fontsize10" id="y42ee3c12-e81d-11f0-a1e4-69761a48a15a" identifier="/us/pl/117/114/s2/4/B" style="-uslm-lc:I658124"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="B">(B) </num><content>the Secretary of the Interior; and</content></subparagraph>
<subparagraph class="fontsize10" id="y42ee3c13-e81d-11f0-a1e4-69761a48a15a" identifier="/us/pl/117/114/s2/4/C" style="-uslm-lc:I658124"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="C">(C) </num><content>the Secretary of the Army, acting through the Assistant Secretary of the Army for Civil Works.</content></subparagraph>

<section id="d83390e197" identifier="/us/pl/117/114/s3" style="-uslm-lc:I658141"><num class="fontsize12" value="3">SEC. 3. </num><sidenote><p class="leftAlign firstIndent0 fontsize8" id="x42ee3c14-e81d-11f0-a1e4-69761a48a15a" style="-uslm-lc:I658180"><ref href="/us/usc/t16/s6852">16 USC 6852</ref>.</p></sidenote><heading>INTERAGENCY DATA STANDARDIZATION.</heading><chapeau class="indentUp0 firstIndent0 fontsize10" id="x42ee6325-e81d-11f0-a1e4-69761a48a15a" style="-uslm-lc:I658120">  <sidenote><p class="leftAlign firstIndent0 fontsize8" id="x42ee6326-e81d-11f0-a1e4-69761a48a15a" style="-uslm-lc:I658180">Deadline.</p></sidenote>Not later than 30 months after the date of enactment of this Act, the Secretaries shall jointly develop and adopt interagency standards to ensure compatibility and interoperability among applicable Federal databases with respect to the collection and dissemination of data—</chapeau><paragraph class="fontsize10" id="y42ee6327-e81d-11f0-a1e4-69761a48a15a" identifier="/us/pl/117/114/s3/1" style="-uslm-lc:I658122"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="1">(1) </num><content>relating to public outdoor recreational use on Federal land; and</content></paragraph>
<paragraph class="fontsize10" id="y42ee6328-e81d-11f0-a1e4-69761a48a15a" identifier="/us/pl/117/114/s3/2" style="-uslm-lc:I658122"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="2">(2) </num><content>used to depict locations at which recreation uses are available to the public.<page>H.ÿ7Eÿ7Eÿ7ER.ÿ7Eÿ7Eÿ7E3113_2</page>

<section id="d83390e229" identifier="/us/pl/117/114/s4" style="-uslm-lc:I658141"><num class="fontsize12" value="4">SEC. 4. </num><sidenote><p class="leftAlign firstIndent0 fontsize8" id="x42ee6329-e81d-11f0-a1e4-69761a48a15a" style="-uslm-lc:I658180"><ref href="/us/usc/t16/s6853">16 USC 6853</ref>.</p></sidenote><heading>DIGITIZATION AND PUBLICATION OF EASEMENTS.</heading><subsection class="firstIndent0 fontsize10" id="y42ee8a3a-e81d-11f0-a1e4-69761a48a15a" identifier="/us/pl/117/114/s4/a" style="-uslm-lc:I658120"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="a">(a) </num><heading class="fontsize10"><inline class="smallCaps">In General</inline>.—</heading><chapeau><sidenote><p class="leftAlign firstIndent0 fontsize8" id="x42ee8a3b-e81d-11f0-a1e4-69761a48a15a" style="-uslm-lc:I658180">Deadline.</p><p class="leftAlign firstIndent0 fontsize8" id="x42ee8a3c-e81d-11f0-a1e4-69761a48a15a" style="-uslm-lc:I658180">Web posting.</p></sidenote>Not later than 4 years after the date of enactment of this Act, each of the Secretaries, to the maximum extent practicable, shall digitize and publish on the applicable agency website geographic information system mapping data that specifies, with respect to the relevant Secretary, all Federal interests in private land, including easements (other than flowage easements), reservations, and rights-of-way—</chapeau><paragraph class="fontsize10" id="y42ee8a3d-e81d-11f0-a1e4-69761a48a15a" identifier="/us/pl/117/114/s4/a/1" style="-uslm-lc:I658122"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="1">(1) </num><content>to which the Federal Government does not have a fee title interest; and</content></paragraph>
<paragraph class="fontsize10" id="y42ee8a3e-e81d-11f0-a1e4-69761a48a15a" identifier="/us/pl/117/114/s4/a/2" style="-uslm-lc:I658122"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="2">(2) </num><content>that may be used to provide public recreational access to the Federal land.</content></paragraph>
</subsection>
<subsection class="firstIndent0 fontsize10" id="y42ee8a3f-e81d-11f0-a1e4-69761a48a15a" identifier="/us/pl/117/114/s4/b" style="-uslm-lc:I658120"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="b">(b) </num><heading class="fontsize10"><inline class="smallCaps">Public Comment</inline>.—</heading><content>The Secretaries shall develop a process to allow members of the public to submit questions or comments regarding the information described in subsection (a).</content></subsection>

<section id="d83390e273" identifier="/us/pl/117/114/s5" style="-uslm-lc:I658141"><num class="fontsize12" value="5">SEC. 5. </num><sidenote><p class="leftAlign firstIndent0 fontsize8" id="x42ee8a40-e81d-11f0-a1e4-69761a48a15a" style="-uslm-lc:I658180"><ref href="/us/usc/t16/s6854">16 USC 6854</ref>.</p></sidenote><heading>DATA CONSOLIDATION AND PUBLICATION OF ROUTE AND AREA DATA FOR PUBLIC RECREATIONAL USE.</heading><subsection class="firstIndent0 fontsize10" id="y42ef2681-e81d-11f0-a1e4-69761a48a15a" identifier="/us/pl/117/114/s5/a" style="-uslm-lc:I658120"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="a">(a) </num><heading class="fontsize10"><inline class="smallCaps">In General</inline>.—</heading><chapeau><sidenote><p class="leftAlign firstIndent0 fontsize8" id="x42ef2682-e81d-11f0-a1e4-69761a48a15a" style="-uslm-lc:I658180">Deadline.</p><p class="leftAlign firstIndent0 fontsize8" id="x42ef2683-e81d-11f0-a1e4-69761a48a15a" style="-uslm-lc:I658180">Web posting.</p></sidenote>Beginning not later than 5 years after the date of enactment of this Act, each of the Secretaries, to the maximum extent practicable, shall make publicly available on the website of the Department of the Interior, the Forest Service, and the Corps of Engineers, as applicable, geographic information system data with respect to the following:</chapeau><paragraph class="fontsize10" id="y42ef2684-e81d-11f0-a1e4-69761a48a15a" identifier="/us/pl/117/114/s5/a/1" style="-uslm-lc:I658122"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="1">(1) </num><content>Status information with respect to whether roads and trails on the Federal land are open or closed.</content></paragraph>
<paragraph class="fontsize10" id="y42ef2685-e81d-11f0-a1e4-69761a48a15a" identifier="/us/pl/117/114/s5/a/2" style="-uslm-lc:I658122"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="2">(2) </num><content>The dates on which roads and trails on the Federal land are seasonally closed.</content></paragraph>
<paragraph class="fontsize10" id="y42ef2686-e81d-11f0-a1e4-69761a48a15a" identifier="/us/pl/117/114/s5/a/3" style="-uslm-lc:I658122"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="3">(3) </num><chapeau>The classes of vehicles and types of recreational uses that are allowed on each segment of roads and trails on the Federal land, including the permissibility of—</chapeau><subparagraph class="fontsize10" id="y42ef2687-e81d-11f0-a1e4-69761a48a15a" identifier="/us/pl/117/114/s5/a/3/A" style="-uslm-lc:I658124"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="A">(A) </num><content>off-highway vehicles;</content></subparagraph>
<subparagraph class="fontsize10" id="y42ef2688-e81d-11f0-a1e4-69761a48a15a" identifier="/us/pl/117/114/s5/a/3/B" style="-uslm-lc:I658124"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="B">(B) </num><content>motorcycles;</content></subparagraph>
<subparagraph class="fontsize10" id="y42ef2689-e81d-11f0-a1e4-69761a48a15a" identifier="/us/pl/117/114/s5/a/3/C" style="-uslm-lc:I658124"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="C">(C) </num><content>nonmotorized bicycles;</content></subparagraph>
<subparagraph class="fontsize10" id="y42ef268a-e81d-11f0-a1e4-69761a48a15a" identifier="/us/pl/117/114/s5/a/3/D" style="-uslm-lc:I658124"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="D">(D) </num><content>electric bicycles;</content></subparagraph>
<subparagraph class="fontsize10" id="y42ef268b-e81d-11f0-a1e4-69761a48a15a" identifier="/us/pl/117/114/s5/a/3/E" style="-uslm-lc:I658124"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="E">(E) </num><content>passenger vehicles;</content></subparagraph>
<subparagraph class="fontsize10" id="y42ef268c-e81d-11f0-a1e4-69761a48a15a" identifier="/us/pl/117/114/s5/a/3/F" style="-uslm-lc:I658124"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="F">(F) </num><content>nonmechanized transportation; and</content></subparagraph>
<subparagraph class="fontsize10" id="y42ef268d-e81d-11f0-a1e4-69761a48a15a" identifier="/us/pl/117/114/s5/a/3/G" style="-uslm-lc:I658124"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="G">(G) </num><content>over-snow vehicles.</content></subparagraph>
</paragraph>
<paragraph class="fontsize10" id="y42ef268e-e81d-11f0-a1e4-69761a48a15a" identifier="/us/pl/117/114/s5/a/4" style="-uslm-lc:I658122"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="4">(4) </num><content>The boundaries of areas where hunting or recreational shooting (including archery, firearm discharge, and target shooting) is permanently restricted or prohibited on the Federal land.</content></paragraph>
</subsection>
<subsection class="firstIndent0 fontsize10" id="y42ef268f-e81d-11f0-a1e4-69761a48a15a" identifier="/us/pl/117/114/s5/b" style="-uslm-lc:I658120"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="b">(b) </num><heading class="fontsize10"><inline class="smallCaps">Updates</inline>.—</heading><paragraph class="fontsize10" id="y42ef2690-e81d-11f0-a1e4-69761a48a15a" identifier="/us/pl/117/114/s5/b/1" style="-uslm-lc:I658122"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="1">(1) </num><sidenote><p class="leftAlign firstIndent0 fontsize8" id="x42ef2691-e81d-11f0-a1e4-69761a48a15a" style="-uslm-lc:I658180">Time period.</p></sidenote><heading class="fontsize10"><inline class="smallCaps">In general</inline>.—</heading><content>The Secretaries, to the maximum extent practicable, shall update the data described in subsection (a) not less frequently than twice per year.</content></paragraph>
<paragraph class="fontsize10" id="y42ef2692-e81d-11f0-a1e4-69761a48a15a" identifier="/us/pl/117/114/s5/b/2" style="-uslm-lc:I658122"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="2">(2) </num><heading class="fontsize10"><inline class="smallCaps">Public comment</inline>.—</heading><content>The Secretaries shall develop a process to allow members of the public to submit questions or comments regarding the information described in subsection (a).</content></paragraph>

<subsection class="firstIndent0 fontsize10" id="y42ef2693-e81d-11f0-a1e4-69761a48a15a" identifier="/us/pl/117/114/s5/c" style="-uslm-lc:I658120"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="c">(c) </num><heading class="fontsize10"><inline class="smallCaps">Effect</inline>.—</heading><content>Geographic information system data made publicly available under subsection (a) shall not disclose information regarding the nature, location, character, or ownership of historic, paleontological, or archaeological resources, consistent with applicable law.<page>H.ÿ7Eÿ7Eÿ7ER.ÿ7Eÿ7Eÿ7E3113_3</page>

<section id="d83390e397" identifier="/us/pl/117/114/s6" style="-uslm-lc:I658141"><num class="fontsize12" value="6">SEC. 6. </num><sidenote><p class="leftAlign firstIndent0 fontsize8" id="x42ef2694-e81d-11f0-a1e4-69761a48a15a" style="-uslm-lc:I658180"><ref href="/us/usc/t16/s6855">16 USC 6855</ref>.</p></sidenote><heading>COOPERATION AND COORDINATION.</heading><subsection class="firstIndent0 fontsize10" id="y42ef4da5-e81d-11f0-a1e4-69761a48a15a" identifier="/us/pl/117/114/s6/a" style="-uslm-lc:I658120"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="a">(a) </num><heading class="fontsize10"><inline class="smallCaps">Third-party Providers</inline>.—</heading><content><sidenote><p class="leftAlign firstIndent0 fontsize8" id="x42ef4da6-e81d-11f0-a1e4-69761a48a15a" style="-uslm-lc:I658180">Contracts.</p></sidenote>The Secretaries may enter into an agreement with a third party to carry out any provision of this Act.</content></subsection>
<subsection class="firstIndent0 fontsize10" id="y42ef4da7-e81d-11f0-a1e4-69761a48a15a" identifier="/us/pl/117/114/s6/b" style="-uslm-lc:I658120"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="b">(b) </num><heading class="fontsize10"><inline class="smallCaps">US Geological Survey</inline>.—</heading><content>The Secretaries may work with the Director of the United States Geological Survey to collect, aggregate, digitize, standardize, or publish data on behalf of the Secretary of the Interior to meet the requirements of this Act.</content></subsection>

<section id="d83390e429" identifier="/us/pl/117/114/s7" style="-uslm-lc:I658141"><num class="fontsize12" value="7">SEC. 7. </num><sidenote><p class="leftAlign firstIndent0 fontsize8" id="x42ef4da8-e81d-11f0-a1e4-69761a48a15a" style="-uslm-lc:I658180"><ref href="/us/usc/t16/s6856">16 USC 6856</ref>.</p></sidenote><heading>REPORTS.</heading><chapeau class="indentUp0 firstIndent0 fontsize10" id="x42ef74b9-e81d-11f0-a1e4-69761a48a15a" style="-uslm-lc:I658120">  Not later than 1 year after the date of enactment of this Act and annually thereafter through March 30, 2031, the Secretaries shall submit a report on the progress made by the Secretaries with respect to meeting the requirements of this Act to—</chapeau><paragraph class="fontsize10" id="y42ef74ba-e81d-11f0-a1e4-69761a48a15a" identifier="/us/pl/117/114/s7/1" style="-uslm-lc:I658122"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="1">(1) </num><content>the Committee on Energy and Natural Resources of the Senate;</content></paragraph>
<paragraph class="fontsize10" id="y42ef74bb-e81d-11f0-a1e4-69761a48a15a" identifier="/us/pl/117/114/s7/2" style="-uslm-lc:I658122"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="2">(2) </num><content>the Committee on Environment and Public Works of the Senate;</content></paragraph>
<paragraph class="fontsize10" id="y42ef74bc-e81d-11f0-a1e4-69761a48a15a" identifier="/us/pl/117/114/s7/3" style="-uslm-lc:I658122"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="3">(3) </num><content>the Committee on Natural Resources of the House of Representatives; and</content></paragraph>
<paragraph class="fontsize10" id="y42ef74bd-e81d-11f0-a1e4-69761a48a15a" identifier="/us/pl/117/114/s7/4" style="-uslm-lc:I658122"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="4">(4) </num><content>the Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure of the House of Representatives.</content></paragraph>

<section id="d83390e461" identifier="/us/pl/117/114/s8" style="-uslm-lc:I658141"><num class="fontsize12" value="8">SEC. 8. </num><sidenote><p class="leftAlign firstIndent0 fontsize8" id="x42ef74be-e81d-11f0-a1e4-69761a48a15a" style="-uslm-lc:I658180">Time period.</p><p class="leftAlign firstIndent0 fontsize8" id="x42ef74bf-e81d-11f0-a1e4-69761a48a15a" style="-uslm-lc:I658180"><ref href="/us/usc/t16/s6857">16 USC 6857</ref>.</p></sidenote><heading>AUTHORIZATION OF APPROPRIATIONS.</heading><chapeau class="indentUp0 firstIndent0 fontsize10" id="x42efc2e0-e81d-11f0-a1e4-69761a48a15a" style="-uslm-lc:I658120">  There are authorized to be appropriated—</chapeau><paragraph class="fontsize10" id="y42efc2e1-e81d-11f0-a1e4-69761a48a15a" identifier="/us/pl/117/114/s8/1" style="-uslm-lc:I658122"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="1">(1) </num><chapeau>to the Secretary of the Interior to carry out this Act—</chapeau><subparagraph class="fontsize10" id="y42efc2e2-e81d-11f0-a1e4-69761a48a15a" identifier="/us/pl/117/114/s8/1/A" style="-uslm-lc:I658124"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="A">(A) </num><content>$2,500,000 for fiscal year 2022; and</content></subparagraph>
<subparagraph class="fontsize10" id="y42efc2e3-e81d-11f0-a1e4-69761a48a15a" identifier="/us/pl/117/114/s8/1/B" style="-uslm-lc:I658124"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="B">(B) </num><content>$5,500,000 for each of fiscal years 2023 through 2025;</content></subparagraph>
</paragraph>
<paragraph class="fontsize10" id="y42efc2e4-e81d-11f0-a1e4-69761a48a15a" identifier="/us/pl/117/114/s8/2" style="-uslm-lc:I658122"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="2">(2) </num><chapeau>to the Secretary of Agriculture to carry out this Act—</chapeau><subparagraph class="fontsize10" id="y42efc2e5-e81d-11f0-a1e4-69761a48a15a" identifier="/us/pl/117/114/s8/2/A" style="-uslm-lc:I658124"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="A">(A) </num><content>$2,500,000 for fiscal year 2022; and</content></subparagraph>
<subparagraph class="fontsize10" id="y42efc2e6-e81d-11f0-a1e4-69761a48a15a" identifier="/us/pl/117/114/s8/2/B" style="-uslm-lc:I658124"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="B">(B) </num><content>$5,500,000 for each of fiscal years 2023 through 2025; and</content></subparagraph>

<paragraph class="fontsize10" id="y42efc2e7-e81d-11f0-a1e4-69761a48a15a" identifier="/us/pl/117/114/s8/3" style="-uslm-lc:I658122"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="3">(3) </num><chapeau>to the Secretary of the Army to carry out this Act—</chapeau><subparagraph class="fontsize10" id="y42efc2e8-e81d-11f0-a1e4-69761a48a15a" identifier="/us/pl/117/114/s8/3/A" style="-uslm-lc:I658124"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="A">(A) </num><content>$1,500,000 for fiscal year 2022; and</content></subparagraph>
<subparagraph class="fontsize10" id="y42efc2e9-e81d-11f0-a1e4-69761a48a15a" identifier="/us/pl/117/114/s8/3/B" style="-uslm-lc:I658124"><num class="fontsize10" style="-uslm-lc:emspace2" value="B">(B) </num><content>$2,500,000 for each of fiscal years 2023 through 2025.</content></subparagraph>
